The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods slips a jab and a cross from Smirnov.
Woods looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Smirnov throws a right hand that Woods ducks under and follows up with a left that Woods also avoids with ease.
Woods avoids a punch combination nicely.
Woods closes the distance and clinches up with Smirnov, looking for a takedown. Woods pushes Smirnov against the cage but Smirnov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Smirnov misses with an uppercut.
Smirnov misses with a series of wild punches.
Smirnov thows a left - swing and a miss!

Smirnov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Smirnov lands with a big left! Woods is wobbled badly! Smirnov comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Woods to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
