Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Rowan Stevenson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 10 - 3, fighting out of London, Yancy Malaki!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson misses with a left hand
and Malaki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Malaki connects with a single shot there.
Stevenson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.


Stevenson is rocked!
Malaki lands a nice looking body shot.
Oh Stevenson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stevenson swinging wildly here.
Stevenson loads up on a big right hand but Malaki slips the punch.
Stevenson seems to have got his legs back now.
Malaki scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Malaki swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Yancy Malaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malaki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stevenson manages to avoid it.
Stevenson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Nice defenses there by Stevenson.
Malaki avoids the head kick by Stevenson.
Malaki jabs Stevenson right on the nose. Stevenson blinks but takes it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Malaki is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stevenson.
Malaki throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Malaki takes a swing at Stevenson's ribcage but misses.
Stevenson walks into a left hand.
The fighters circling - Malaki throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Malaki misses with a left hand
and Malaki takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Malaki misses with a body shot.
Malaki digs a good hook to Stevenson's body.
Stevenson jabs at Malaki's body.
Nice body punch from Stevenson.
Malaki is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
A jab from Malaki does it's job there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Malaki lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Malaki has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stevenson misses with a looping left.
Stevenson throws the kick towards the body but Malaki avoids it.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Stevenson.
Malaki looks to score with a jab to the body but Stevenson is just out of range.
An attempted straight right counter from Stevenson misses the target.
Stevenson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Malaki.
Malaki throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stevenson on the side of the head.
Stevenson lands a right hook to the body.
Stevenson misses the body punch
and Malaki counters with a huge left! Stevenson is in big trouble! He's backing up but Malaki isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Stevenson from any more damage. A dominating finish by Malaki!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yancy Malaki!
Yancy Malaki thanked the fans post fight for their support.
The defeated Rowan Stevenson had this to say: 'No wonder I'm next on the chopping block. Would you hire me? I wouldn't!'.
