Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brad Castro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard Neal!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castro tries to close the distance and clinch but Neal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Castro dives in and scores a takedown into Neal's guard.
Neal wants to hit a switch here but Castro passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Neal there!

Castro putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Neal wants to control but Castro is having none of it.

Castro with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Neal is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Castro looking to control but Neal is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Castro is working for a guillotine from mount but Neal frees his head quite easily.
Neal is wriggling around trying to escape.

Castro working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Neal tries to lock up and control but Castro gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Castro unloading with bombs!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neal gets back to half guard.

Castro is looking for a kimura but Neal is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Castro to get the leverage.

Neal is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Castro pulls his head out easily.

Castro is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Neal is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
