Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arnaldo Guiosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guiosa steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dean.
Guiosa tries for a takedown but Dean circles away easily
and Dean counters with a nice body shot.
Guiosa slips a jab from Dean.

Guiosa darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Guiosa wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dean keeps working.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Guiosa throwing shots but Dean is blocking nicely.
Guiosa could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Dean won't allow Guiosa to pass to mount.

Guiosa goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Dean turns into him and now he's in Guiosa's guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dean's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Guiosa wants to sweep but no luck.
Dean trying to control but Guiosa is working from the bottom.

Dean wants to control from the top but Guiosa keeps moving.

Guiosa can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dean controls the pace.

Guiosa is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dean defends well.

Guiosa is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Dean rolls with it to try and escape but Guiosa cranks on the arm and Dean is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
