Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lachida shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hard seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Hard connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lachida's hands.
Hard stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hard wants it to stay on the feet.
Hard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lachida moves away.
Hard looks to land a combination but Lachida avoids it well.

Lachida fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hard avoids it really well and circles away.

The fighters circle momentarily. Hard darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hard feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lachidas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Lachida tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Lachida shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hard sprawls well. Hard wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lachida gets slowly back to his feet.

I would just about give that final round to Myoto Lachida.

In his post fight interview, Myoto Lachida started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
