Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Benny Dorsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny OnTheSpot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

OnTheSpot clinches.

OnTheSpot has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Dorsey clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Dorsey covers up after that shot from OnTheSpot.
Dorsey could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Oooh a big shot gets through from OnTheSpot. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!

It looks like Benny Dorsey has been cut.
Dorsey can't escape the position.
OnTheSpot gets his hands free as Dorsey looks to control.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
OnTheSpot doesn't have the hooks in and Dorsey manages to turn into his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OnTheSpot escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dorsey gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dorsey might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
OnTheSpot is trying to control the position from the bottom.
OnTheSpot wants to sweep here but Dorsey controlling him for the moment.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now OnTheSpot is on top in guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
OnTheSpot stands up from Dorsey's guard - OnTheSpot perhaps looking for a knockout.
Dorsey stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dorsey wants it to stay on the feet.

OnTheSpot goes for a double leg but Dorsey avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Dorsey continues to drive forward.

OnTheSpot isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Dorsey stacks OnTheSpot on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Dorsey!

OnTheSpot shoots in looking for a takedown. Dorsey tries to sprawl out of it but OnTheSpot keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dorsey manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
OnTheSpot takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Dorsey takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Dorsey has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Dorsey won't let OnTheSpot get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
OnTheSpot tries to lock up and control but Dorsey gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Dorsey takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Benny Dorsey.
