Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giovanni Mcknight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gago Peste (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gago Peste will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peste lands a jab-cross combination.

Peste scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Peste working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Mcknight can't do much from the bottom here.
Mcknight is looking for a sweep.

Peste decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Peste throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Mcknight moves into the clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Mcknight dodges an elbow strike from Peste.
Mcknight misses with a hook to the ribs.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Peste just misses with a elbow thrown towards Mcknight's brow.
Mcknight tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Peste avoids it.
Mcknight will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Peste up against the cage.
Peste's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Mcknight is looking to control Peste's arms but Peste gets an underhook and turns him. Now Mcknight has his back to the cage.

Come on Peste - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Peste tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mcknight smiles and moves away.
Gago Peste seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mcknight tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Peste paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Peste goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Peste looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mcknight is fending him off so far but Peste persists. Nope, Mcknight circles away and we're back to standing.
Peste scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Peste moves into the clinch.
Mcknight is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Mcknight for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Mcknight misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Peste.
Peste lands with a left to the head.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Peste lands a body shot in the clinch.
Mcknight tries to throw a body punch but Peste avoids it by throwing Mcknight back against the cage.
Peste is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Mcknight pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Giovanni Mcknight has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gago Peste.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Giovanni Mcknight.

Peste moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Mcknight could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Mcknight is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Peste scores with the left hand. Mcknight knows he should have avoided that one.

Mcknight is rocked!
Peste throws a quick head kick that knocks Mcknight silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Peste is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
