Staal misses the shot to the body.
Bishop shoots in but Staal avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Staal gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bishop counters with a takedown into side control.
Staal can't do much from the bottom here.
Staal is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Bishop is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Staal is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Staal manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Bishop is refusing to be controlled, as Staal sits in half guard.
Bishop is concentrating on defense, preventing Staal from advancing position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bishop keeps control of the position easily here as Staal tries to buck him off.
I looks like Bishop might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Bishop tries to get the hooks in deep but Staal pushed the leg off.
