Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Winslow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Burkam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Winslow comes to the ring accompanied by KJ-52 - Let's go. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winslow throws a sloppy head kick and Burkam moves out of range easily.
Winslow misses with a two punch combination.
Winslow fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Winslow swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Burkam keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Winslow.
Shane Winslow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Burkam takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Winslow misses with a two punch combination.
Winslow looks to throw the jab but Burkam is out of range.
Burkam jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Winslow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Burkam takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Burkam shoots in and gets a takedown into Winslow's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Burkam loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Burkam wants to control from the top but Winslow keeps moving.
Winslow will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

and Burkam counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Winslow wants to stand up but Burkam is controlling him.
Burkam slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Winslow is looking to stand up but Burkam isn't so interested in that idea.

Burkam keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Winslow's head.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Winslow misses with a head kick.
No joy there for Winslow, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Burkam shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Winslow manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Burkam is working Winslow over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Winslow wants to get back to his feet but Burkam is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Winslow is edging up against the ropes. He's using the ropes to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Winslow pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Burkam dives in for a single leg takedown but Winslow sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes.

Winslow's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Winslow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Winslow throws a leg kick which misses Burkam's front leg but catches the back leg as Burkam tries to avoid it.

Both fighters circling a little - Winslow finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Burkam avoids the body shot from Winslow.

Winslow throws a hook to the side of Burkam's head but Burkam sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Winslow throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Winslow works over Burkam's head and body with a nice combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Burkam shoots in and drives through. Winslow sprawls well.
Winslow throws a head kick that misses.
Winslow is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Burkam can do to turn this around?
Winslow throws a head kick that Burkam semi-blocks.
The fighters circle, before Winslow throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Burkam's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Winslow lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
