Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chauncey Riddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soni ka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ka looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
ka wants to clinch up but Riddle keeps it at a distance.

ka shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Riddle napping and manages to drive through into side control!

ka bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

ka is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Riddle sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
ka seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Riddle does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
