The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tron tries to bum rush Rock with a series of wild strikes but Rock uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Tron connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Rock tries to move into range but Tron moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tron tries to clinch up

and Rock counters with a takedown into side control.
Rock throws an elbow but Tron slips to the side and avoids it well.
Rock has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Tron is trying to get back to half guard.
Rock slows the pace down.
Tron avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Rock.
Tron pushes Rock away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Rock gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
