The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Toussaint tries to keep at a distance but Trujillo has taken the fight into the clinch.
Trujillo is trying to break free.

Trujillo has Toussaint pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Trujillo pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Toussaint tumbling to the mat - Trujillo dives into Toussaint's guard.

Trujillo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Toussaint has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Trujillo has managed to get both his arms back between Toussaint's legs - danger averted.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Trujillo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Toussaint escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Trujillo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Trujillo seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Trujillo seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Toussaint for as long as he can get away with.

Trujillo throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Toussaint tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Trujillo is in Toussaint's guard.

Toussaint is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Trujillo defends well.
