Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Minotauro Nog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Minotauro Nog will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chris Martin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Minotauro Nog!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Leandro Rodrigues and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin fails to land the takedown.
Nog connects with a good right hand that stumbles Martin. Martin circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
No luck for Nog with that takedown attempt.
Nog closes the distance and clinches up with Martin, looking for a takedown. Nog pushes Martin against the cage but Martin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nog is defended easily by Martin.
Chris Martin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Minotauro Nog.
Horrible takedown attempt by Martin or perhaps it was just good defense by Nog, which made it look bad.
Nog shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Martin pinned against the cage. Martin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nog doesn't manage to clinch there - Martin circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nog tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Martin defends well and Nog ends up having to push Martin into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Nog pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Martin blocks a head kick by Nog.
Nog doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Martin counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Martin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Martin cracks Nog with a solid left hand.

Martin postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Martin drops back looking for a leg! Nog is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nog manages to kick Martin off! Martin jumps back into Nog's guard.

Martin lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Nog takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Nog is working to avoid the ground and pound but Martin connects with a decent elbow.
Martin scores with a couple of short elbows.
Martin lands a few punches from side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Martin has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Nog is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Martin yanks on the arm and Nog is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Martin.

Chris Martin tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
