PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Hale Erwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tubo Lard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erwin kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Young Jeezy feat. T.I. - F.A.M.E.. Lard is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I'm Fat. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erwin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lard manages to avoid it.
Lard uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Erwin.
Erwin works Lard's body with a nice hook.
Lard has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Erwin is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Erwin misses with a leg kick.
Lard throws out a leg kick but Erwin moves out of range and Lard only half commits.

Hale Erwin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Erwin breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Lard with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Lard looks like he might be in big trouble here!
