Jensen comes to the cage accompanied by Devour . Animai is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Here comes the hotstepper. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Animai.
Jensen pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Animai back to the cage. Jensen follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Vanapa Animai has been cut.
Jensen dips to his left and cracks Animai with an uppercut!

Jensen drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Jensen lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Animai down.
Jensen wants to control but Animai is keeping him busy.
We've been hearing good reports from Jensen's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jensen is really struggling to control Animai but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jensen cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jensen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Animai's face.
