Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Baker misses.
Murtinho takes a swing at Baker's ribcage but misses.
Baker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Murtinho moves away.

Baker moves into the clinch.
Baker can't break the clinch.
Murtinho has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Baker is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Baker gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Murtinho.

Murtinho breaks from the clinch.

Baker moves into the clinch.
Baker is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Murtinho changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Baker fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Jamal Baker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oldemar Murtinho.
Murtinho moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Murtinho takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Baker wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Baker looks to land a right hand but Murtinho moved out of range.
Murtinho looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Baker throws a hook but Murtinho blocks it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Baker throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Baker stuns Murtinho with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Baker darts in and clinches Murtinho up against the cage.
Baker looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Murtinho has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Baker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Murtinho is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Baker rolls with it to try and escape but Murtinho cranks on the arm and Baker is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

A relieved looking Oldemar Murtinho thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
