The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Chong misses with a series of wild punches.
Bishop takes a jab right on the kisser.
Chong jabs at Bishop's body.

Chong moves into range and clinches up with Bishop.
Bishop is trying to pull guard but Chong turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Bishop jumps guard but Chong stands there with Bishop around his waist. Bishop gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chong lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Chong lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Bishop or not.
Chong misses with a short punch on the inside.
Chong is trying to push Bishop away but Bishop has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Chong breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Chong lands a big right hook! Bishop looks hurt but is still standing! Chong lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Bishop falls down and Chong dives in with a huge hammer fist! Bishop's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Chong runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

A very excited looking Cheech Chong made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
