The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Warycki.

Warycki goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Marquez has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Warycki but great work by Marquez.
Marquez is looking to take a break and control but Warycki is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Marquez bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Warycki's guard.

Warycki is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Marquez can't fight it off and eventually Warycki manages to take the fight to the floor. Marquez looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Warycki tightens his grip and picks Marquez up, before dumping him to the ground. Marquez manages to land in guard.

Marquez has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Warycki doesn't defend quickly enough and Marquez has managed to lock this one up! Can Warycki escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Marquez on a fantastic submission victory.
