Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Josue Moss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and CaRon Watson Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Watson Jr is defended easily by Moss.
Moss shoots in but Watson Jr avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Watson Jr is looking to clinch.

Watson Jr escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moss gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Watson Jr escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moss gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Watson Jr doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Moss counters with a big head kick but Watson Jr shrugs it off.
Moss displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Watson Jr.
Watson Jr tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Moss paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Moss shoots in looking for a takedown. Watson Jr tries to sprawl out of it but Moss keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Watson Jr manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Watson Jr is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
