Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wes Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smokey Hotdog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smokey Hotdog is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A head kick misses from Hotdog.
Hotdog cracks Smith with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Hotdog rushes Smith and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Hotdog is pressed up against the cage. Smith has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hotdog down to the mat. Hotdog avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Hotdog wants to clinch up but Smith keeps it at a distance.
Hotdog fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hotdog misses the shot to the body.
Hotdog throws a head kick that misses.
Hotdog tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Smith paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hotdog throws a head kick that Smith semi-blocks.

It looks like Wes Smith has been cut.
A combination from Hotdog does no damage.
Hotdog is looking to clinch.
Smith takes one to the chin there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hotdog moves in looking to clinch but Smith pushes him off.

Smith scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Smith has hold of Hotdog's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hotdog seems comfortable defending it but Smith has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hotdog is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hotdog is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Smith couldn't care less - he's delighted!
