Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Tim Roth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roth connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Albert White has been cut.
Roth tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but White was well out of range. Poor timing from Roth.
White throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
White swats away the attempt to clinch by Roth.
White throws the kick towards the body but Roth avoids it.
The crowd cheers as White lands an impressive looking overhand right. Roth doesn't seem phased though.
White uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Roth.
Roth wants to clinch.
Roth tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but White was well out of range. Poor timing from Roth.

White swings wildly with an uppercut but Roth uses good head movement to avoid it.

White throws a half hearted mid kick.
White takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
White fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Roth on the side of the head.
White is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Roth.
White swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Roth fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. White looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Roth misses with an uppercut. White saw that one coming.
White keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
White needs to keep his hands up - Roth had a free shot at his head there.
White throws a looping overhand right but Roth ducks down to avoid it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
White tries to move into range but Roth moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
White fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roth manages to avoid it.
Roth uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before White has time to react.

Roth takes the fight into the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

White comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Roth dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Roth takes a swing at White's ribcage but misses.

White thows a left - swing and a miss!

Roth scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops White to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Roth away as he looks to land an illegal blow. White got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Roth fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Roth throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Roth ducks under a wild hook from White.
White lands a jab to Roth's midsection.
White loads up on a big right hand but Roth slips the punch.
A telegraphed right hand from Roth misses the target.
White moves forwards but Roth connects with a nice, crisp jab.
White works Roth's body with a nice hook.
White throws a looping overhand right but Roth ducks down to avoid it.
Roth uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by White.
White slips under a jab from Roth.
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Roth counters with a right, a left and a big uppercut that drops White to the mat! Roth runs to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. 3,4,5,6 and White is back to his feet. He seems ready to continue - the ref agrees so we're back at it!
White is still on wobbly legs! Can Roth finish him?

Roth connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of White's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked White - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!
