Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pillu Parasta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parasta closes this distance looking for a takedown but Roberts circles away.
Parasta lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Parasta tries to score a power double leg takedown but Roberts sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Parasta somewhat.
Parasta throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Roberts misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Parasta shoots in and drives through. Roberts sprawls well.
Jeff Roberts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pillu Parasta.

Parasta really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roberts. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jeff Roberts.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Roberts, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
