Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonardo Muruuss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Mono (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leonardo Muruuss!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Mono!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mono, as that shot connected.
Muruuss tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mono swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mono has managed to clinch.
Muruuss can't get the takedown.
Mono's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Mono lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Muruuss tries to score a body lock takedown but Mono shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Mono unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Mono gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Muruuss.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leonardo Muruuss. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Muruuss drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mono pulls his leg out and moves away.
Muruuss gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mono.
Mono turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mono instigates a clinch.
Muruuss tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mono just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Muruuss.
Mono scores with a hook to the body.
Muruuss is breathing heavily.
Mono slowing the pace effectively.
Mono breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Mono closes the distance and clinches.
Mono avoiding damage.
Mono breaks the clinch.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Mono!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mono lands a left and a right that send Muruuss crashing to the mat, dazed. Mono thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Muruuss is rocked!
Mono ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Muruuss out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Mono!
Mike Mono seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
