These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ikupe gets a clinch.
Gracies lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
A nice left hand lands by Gracies.
Gracies makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

It looks like Idesiku Ikupe has been cut.
Ikupe tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Ikupe tries to work over Gracies's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
A short right from Gracies.
Gracies works on Ikupe's body with a couple of short punches.
Ikupe is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A short right hand to the side of the head by Gracies.
Gracies lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ikupe backwards.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gracies creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Ikupe is rocked!
Gracies scores with a shoulder strike.
Oh Ikupe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Our sources have told us that Ikupe has been working on his elbows in the gym.

Gracies drops Ikupe onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Ikupe is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Gracies has Ikupe pressed against the cage. Ikupe drops his hands and Gracies takes advantage by unloading with a massive hook that sends Ikupe tumbling to the canvas! Gracies rains down with more punches but Ikupe was already out! That's a highlight reel knockout for Gracies!
