The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Banner moves into range and clinches up with Dennis.
Dennis has had enough of the clinch but Banner keeps him there for the moment.
Dennis wants to break the clinch but can't.

Banner gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Banner wants to control from the top but Dennis keeps moving.
Banner throwing strikes but missing.
Dennis keeping moving, preventing Banner from controlling successfully.
Banner scoring with some ground and pound.

Dennis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Banner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Banner manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Banner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Dennis might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Banner content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Dennis has locked up a guillotine! Dennis's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Banner is holding on here and Dennis must be using up a lot of energy. Banner has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Dennis gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
