Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damon Dash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fred Storm!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dash doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Storm misses with a two punch combination.
Storm misses with a looping left.
Storm lands with a cross.

It looks like Damon Dash has been cut.
Storm throws a nice looking combination but Dash bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Storm throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Dash's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Storm dives in looking to finish as Dash flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Storm's strikes! Storm is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Dash's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Dash was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
