Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spanker Wenker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Wenker. Holt does a little dance to reset his feet.

Wenker shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Holt is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Wenker's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Wenker's back!
Wenker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Holt. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wenker is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Holt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wenker enables Holt to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wenker manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ivan Holt.
