Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Kulakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kulakov comes into the arena with Lube-Shparu blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kulakov misses with a looping right.
Doe throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Doe takes a swing at Kulakov's ribcage but misses.
Doe tried to score with a low kick but Kulakov checks it.
Doe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kulakov pinned against the cage. Kulakov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Doe takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Kulakov throws out a loose jab but Doe uses good head movement to avoid it.
A combination from Kulakov does no damage.
Kulakov throws a hook but Doe blocks it.
Kulakov looks to throw the jab but Doe is out of range.

No joy there for Doe, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kulakov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Doe eats them both and turns towards Kulakov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Doe feints and as Kulakov raises his hands in defense, Doe changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Doe escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kulakov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kulakov tries to bum rush Doe with a series of wild strikes but Doe uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A looping hook to the body misses from Doe. Kulakov does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kulakov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Doe moves away.
Doe fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kulakov on the side of the head.

Doe is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kulakov's half guard.

Doe paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Doe lands a glancing blow to the side of Kulakov's head.
Kulakov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Kulakov gets caught flat footed, as Doe shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
