The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jr misses with a head kick.
Vampa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vampa fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jr throws a series of punches but Vampa avoids them all with ease.
Jr scores with a hook to the body. Vampa takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Jr connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Jr ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Jr throws a leg kick which misses Vampa's front leg but catches the back leg as Vampa tries to avoid it.
Jr stuffs the takedown.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jr throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Vampa on the side of the head.
Jr lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Jr tries a head kick but it misses.
Vampa takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jr lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Vampa at a distance.
Jr connects with a body shot that sends Vampa's belly button to the back.
Vampa is breathing heavily.
Jr scores with a nice strike.
Roy Jones Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jr scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Jr pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jr lands with a good body shot.
Vampa takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Vampa is rocked!
OH! Vampa has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Jr smells blood and charges in for the finish! Jr unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Vampa sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
