Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Louis Lei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glover Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lei might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Closer. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowe fails to land with a series of punches.
Lei throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Lei moves into the clinch successfully.
Crowe jumps guard but Lei stands there with Crowe around his waist. Crowe gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Lei connects with a knee to the head.

It looks like Glover Crowe has been cut.
Lei has Crowe pushed against the cage.
Lei landing knees to the head.
Lei lands a damaging elbow.
Lei lands an elbow inside that Crowe shrugs off.
A frustrated look appears on Crowe's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Our sources have told us that Lei has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.

That has opened up Glover Crowe's cut even more.
Lei throws a knee to the head but misses.
Lei landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Crowe looks winded!
Lei crunches a lovely knee into Crowe's ribcage.
Lei connects with a nasty looking knee right to Crowe's face.

Lei lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

The cut above Glover Crowe's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Crowe takes an elbow to the temple.
Crowe wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lei has him pressed against the cage.
Lei misses with a knee strike.
Crowe takes an elbow to the forehead.
Lei avoiding damage.
Crowe is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lei pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Crowe goes for a takedown attempt but Lei pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Louis Lei has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Glover Crowe.

Lei closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Lei controlling the action here for a moment.

Glover Crowe's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Lei unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Crowe can't break the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Glover Crowe's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
