The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paris throws a nice looking combination but Rock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Paris fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rock sprawls well initially but Paris persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Paris is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Paris seems to be looking for submissions.
Rock is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Paris has latched onto it... Big trouble! Paris pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Rock is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Paris!
