Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimon Boets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boets kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Штиль. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boets needs to keep his hands up - Carter had a free shot at his head there.
Carter scores with a leg kick.
Boets tries to clinch there but Carter circles away.
Carter throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Boets stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Carter scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Carter misses with a body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boets takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Carter throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Boets on the side of the head.

Boets scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Boets seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dimon Boets.

Boets closes the distance and clinches.
Boets tries to score a body lock takedown but Carter shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Boets has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Carter is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Boets tries to pull guard but Carter forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Boets goes for a takedown attempt but Carter pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Boets tries to close the distance and clinch but Carter swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Carter connects with a leg kick. Boets looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boets shoots in and drives through. Carter sprawls well.
Carter throws a nice outside leg kick.
Boets is breathing heavily.
Carter buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Carter lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Carter connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Dimon Boets has been cut.
Boets has been working on his balance at St Petersburg MMA Gym, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Carter.
Carter clobbers Boets with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A slapping leg kick lands for Carter.
Crack! A monster head kick from Carter and Boets falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Carter!
