The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jo has closed the distance and engaged Walters in a clinch.

Walters's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Jo drives through with a takedown into Walters's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Jo stands and steps away. Walters gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Jo has managed to clinch.
Walters is looking to break free of the clinch but Jo has double underhooks.

A jab from Walters finds it's way through Jo's defenses.

Jo's coach down at Elite Training Facility was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Walters is trying to control Jo's posture but Jo avoids it.

Jo decides to stand back up. Jo steps back and let's Walters get back to his feet.
Walters swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jo tries to clinch there but Walters circles away.

Walters lands a left and a right that send Jo crashing to the mat, dazed. Walters thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Walters feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jo sprawling to the canvas! Jo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Walters finish him?!
Jo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jo throws a right and a left that Walters avoids nicely.
Jo looks winded!
Jo misses with a series of wild punches.
Walters catches Jo with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Jo forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
