Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Britt Guzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ike Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davidson has chosen Rancid - Dead Bodies as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Guzman counters by moving into the clinch.
Davidson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Guzman uses from the top position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Davidson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Guzman could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
