The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan closes the distance and clinches up with Jones, looking for a takedown. Morgan pushes Jones against the cage but Jones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Morgan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet.

Jones rushes Morgan and presses him up against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jones creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Jones's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Jones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Morgan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Morgan tries to clinch up but Jones pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Morgan to the mat! Morgan covers up and Jones unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
