The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kitsune throws a right and a left that Soap avoids nicely.

Soap darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Kitsune fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Soap avoids it really well and circles away.

Soap is taking a breather. Kitsune says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That was a close round but I would say that Momoshiro Kitsune will probably get the nod.

Soap has Kitsune pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kitsune manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Soap is in a horrible position here. Kitsune smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Soap is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Soap is still in real trouble! Can Kitsune finish him?
Kitsune loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Soap scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Kitsune land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Kitsune stands and salutes the crowd.
