Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demidov wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Demidov misses with a double jab.
Umbaka fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Umbaka throws a low kick but Demidov avoids it.
Umbaka fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Toki Umbaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Demidov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Demidov.
It looks like Toki Umbaka has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Umbaka wants to clinch.
Umbaka tries to score a power double leg takedown but Demidov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Umbaka somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Toki Umbaka. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Umbaka shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Demidov punishes Umbaka's body with a nice straight punch.
Umbaka closes the distance but Demidov moves to the side
and Demidov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Umbaka misses with a takedown attempt - Demidov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Umbaka is defended easily by Demidov.
Umbaka is breathing heavily.
Demidov drops Umbaka with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Umbaka looks back up at him and smiles so Demidov waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Umbaka is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
OH! Umbaka has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Demidov smells blood and charges in for the finish! Demidov unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Umbaka sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Oleg Demidov!
Toki Umbaka was interviewed post fight and said 'He caught me a bit and I caught him a bit, I was a good fight, I'm honored to be able to fight in the QFC, I'll do better next time.'.
