The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mazzuca looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Zuckerkorn gets back to full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mazzuca accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Mazzuca wants to control from the top but Zuckerkorn keeps moving.
Zuckerkorn manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Zuckerkorn wants to control the pace but Mazzuca is squirming around nicely.
Zuckerkorn lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Zuckerkorn lands with some strikes.

Mazzuca is rocked!
Mazzuca really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zuckerkorn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zuckerkorn postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Mazzuca badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Zuckerkorn around the waist but Zuckerkorn pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Zuckerkorn is the winner by TKO! Zuckerkorn jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
