Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Caleb Huber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karol Rafal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Caleb Huber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Karol Rafal!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Jorge Garcia and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huber tries to close the distance and clinch but Rafal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Huber dives in and grabs Rafal's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rafal pushes down on Huber's head and hops out.
Huber misses with a double jab
and Rafal counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Rafal is looking to clinch but Huber is avoiding it.

Rafal gets caught flat footed, as Huber shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Rafal has Huber pulled in close to control his posture.

Rafal looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Huber throws an elbow that misses. Rafal uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Huber's guard. Nice move by Rafal!
Huber wants to sweep but no luck.
Rafal is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rafal gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Rafal is trying hard to land a takedown here. Huber sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Rafal goes for a double leg but Huber avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Huber continues to drive forward.
Rafal should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Huber jumps guard but Rafal stands there with Huber around his waist. Huber gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Caleb Huber. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Huber wants to get back to striking at distance but Rafal won't allow it.

The referee calls for Rafal to work.
A right hook to the body lands for Rafal.
Huber gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Rafal.

Rafal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rafal shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Huber defends it nicely.

Huber avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Rafal pushes Huber up against the cage in a clinch.
Rafal is pressed up against the cage. Huber has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rafal down to the mat. Rafal avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Rafal looks for the body kick but Huber saw that one coming.

and Rafal holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Huber drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rafal gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Rafal is pressed up against the cage. Huber has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rafal down to the mat. Rafal avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Huber stuffs the takedown.
Rafal rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Huber moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rafal stalks Huber and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Huber's face. Huber staggers backwards, shaken.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rafal shoots for a double leg takedown but Huber sprawls well. He's pushed Rafal's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Huber.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rafal thuds a left hand into Huber's body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Karol Rafal dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



The fight moves into the clinch position.
Rafal can't get the takedown.
Huber goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rafal prevents it.
Huber is trying to drag Rafal to the mat but Rafal just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Rafal is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Rafal lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Huber circles away quickly and effectively.

Rafal shoots in looking for a takedown but Huber manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rafal's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

I would just about give that final round to Karol Rafal.
Well Rafal has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
