Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Kemosabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Ford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Kemosabe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Scott Ford!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Ford, right into the meat.
Kemosabe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ford tries to avoid it but Kemosabe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ford to the ground. Ford escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kemosabe shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ford defends it nicely.
Kemosabe tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ford sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kemosabe somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Kemosabe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kemosabe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ford is fending him off so far but Kemosabe persists. Nope, Ford circles away and we're back to standing.
Kemosabe drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
No luck for Kemosabe with that takedown attempt.
Ford lunges at Kemosabe with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kemosabe's hand.
Ford tries to sprawl but Kemosabe drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Ford is kicking away at Kemosabe from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Kemosabe grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Ford trying to push Kemosabe off... Ford taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
