The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bariga ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Van Buren moves away.
Bariga swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Van Buren.
Van Buren moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Van Buren scores with a jab. Bariga acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
We've been informed that Bariga has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Van Buren swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Bariga counters with a nice right hand that sends Van Buren toppling to the canvas! Van Buren scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Bariga finish him?!

and Bariga counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Van Buren out cold! What a finish! Bariga is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Mark Bariga spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
