The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cahill tries to close the distance and clinch but Walters swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cahill throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Cahill on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Terry Cahill has been cut.

Walters closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cahill to the mat! Cahill manages to get full guard.
Cahill is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Cahill is pulling down on Walters's head. It's preventing any offense from Walters, at least for the moment.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Cahill has eaten all the pies!
Walters content to stall in guard here.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Terry Cahill.

Walters rushes Cahill and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cahill misses with a body punch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cahill is trying to pull guard but Walters turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Walters has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Cahill regains guard immediately.
Cahill manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Cahill is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.

Cahill is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Walters is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Walters flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Cahill anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Walters and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Cahill slips an arm under Walters chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Cahill has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Cahill is squeezing on Walters like an anaconda would it's prey. Walters fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
