Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mata Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slyvane Slytherine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mata Hughes has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slytherine tries for a takedown but Hughes circles away easily

and Hughes counters with a nice double leg into side control. Slytherine won't be happy with that.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Slytherine tries to bench press Hughes off him but Hughes keeps the position.

Hughes is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Slytherine has escaped the position, nice work there.

Slytherine is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Hughes to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Hughes shrugs it off.
