Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Allton Cormiere!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kenton Stoll!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Chris Saunders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stoll pushes Cormiere up against the cage in a clinch.
Cormiere tries to score a body lock takedown but Stoll shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Cormiere throws a punch but it's blocked by Stoll.

Stoll breaks from the clinch.

Stoll moves into the clinch.

Stoll breaks from the clinch.

Stoll drives through and clinches with Cormiere against the cage.

Stoll manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Stoll wants to sweep here but Cormiere controlling him for the moment.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stoll can do anything to dispel that myth.
Stoll throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Stoll is trying to keep Cormiere in close.
Stoll looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cormiere is one step ahead there.
Stoll controls Cormiere momentarily but Cormiere frees himself.

Stoll is pulling down on Cormiere's head. It's preventing any offense from Cormiere, at least for the moment.

Kenton Stoll has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Cormiere tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stoll paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Stoll clinches with his opponent.
Cormiere is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Cormiere misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Stoll.
Stoll has Cormiere pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Cormiere manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Cormiere throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Stoll manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cormiere stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stoll swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Stoll controls Cormiere momentarily but Cormiere frees himself.
Cormiere stays in close to Stoll's body and controls the position.
Stoll controls Cormiere momentarily but Cormiere frees himself.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Kenton Stoll hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Cormiere on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Stoll darts in and clinches Cormiere up against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stoll wants to take the fight to the mat but Cormiere manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Cormiere is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Stoll to keep the fight standing.

Stoll pulls Cormiere into guard.
Stoll trying to control the position.
Cormiere pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stoll is keeping the position for now.

Cormiere stays in close to Stoll's body and controls the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Kenton Stoll hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Stoll closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Cormiere struggling a bit here.
Cormiere is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Stoll asserts his dominance and retains side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Stoll is trying to get an arm triangle but Cormiere is defending well.
Cormiere is letting Stoll control him for a moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kenton Stoll dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Nice takedown defense from Cormiere. No joy for Stoll on that attempt.

Stoll has managed to clinch.
Cormiere is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Stoll is keeping busy.

Stoll breaks from the clinch.
Cormiere defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Stoll.
Cormiere fails with a takedown attempt.
Cormiere tries to clinch but Stoll is having none of it.
Cormiere displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Stoll.
Allton Cormiere has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenton Stoll.
Cormiere shoots for a takedown but Stoll saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Stoll tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Stoll lands a big head kick that sends Cormiere tumbling to the mat! Stoll takes a step backwards and waves Cormiere back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Cormiere is rocked!


It looks like Allton Cormiere has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
No joy there for Cormiere, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Oh Cormiere is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cormiere shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stoll defends it nicely.
Stoll lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stoll feints a jab and as Cormiere dips his head, Stoll unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Cormiere right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Cormiere falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Stoll smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Kenton Stoll!
Kenton Stoll spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
