Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ogustivimus Amavimus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Klas Micropop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Micropop has chosen Killer Instinct as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amavimus throws a nice looking combination but Micropop bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Micropop misses with a hook. Amavimus ducked under it nicely.

It looks like Klas Micropop has been cut.
Amavimus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Micropop swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Micropop lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Micropop feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Amavimuss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Amavimus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Micropop circles away quickly and effectively.
Amavimus throws a quick inside leg kick.
Amavimus lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Amavimus checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Micropop cracks Amavimus with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Amavimus throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Micropop is pawing at Amavimus, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Amavimus's nose. Amavimus is badly hurt! Micropop pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Amavimus tries desperately to hold on but Micropop is relentless in his assault! As Amavimus receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Micropop away and this one is in the books!

Klas Micropop decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
