The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaukalo punishes Savage's body with a nice straight punch.
Nice body punch from Kaukalo.
Kaukalo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kaukalo lands a nice looking body shot.
Savage misses with a body kick.
Savage throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kaukalo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kaukalo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Savage looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oooooh!!! Kaukalo has knocked Savage down with a huge combo! Kaukalo steps away and waves a wobbly Savage back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Johnny Savage has been cut.
Kaukalo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Kaukalo lands an uppercut, right on the button! Savage tumbles backwards into the ropes, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
