The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dejesus circles away quickly and effectively.

Dejesus feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Dejesus drops back looking for a leg! Cooper is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cooper manages to kick Dejesus off! Dejesus jumps back into Cooper's guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Arden Dejesus will probably get the nod.

Dejesus closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cooper did well to prevent Dejesus getting side control.
