Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lim Hyun Gyu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Askren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Gyu.
Gyu throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Askren on the side of the head.

Gyu gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
