Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bruno Alves!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Dulin!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves shoots in but Dulin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dulin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Alvess jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Alves is defended easily by Dulin.
Alves tries for a takedown but Dulin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bruno Alves. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dulin rushes Alves with punches - Alves moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Alves goes down! Dulin follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
