Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 13 - 1, fighting out of London, Roman Reigns!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 17 - 1, fighting out of London, Janos Prohaska!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Prohaska misses.
Prohaska thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Reigns if he has to take too many more of those.
Prohaska tests Reigns's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Reigns fails with an attempt to clinch.
Prohaska's coach down at Axia Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Prohaska's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Prohaska scores with a jab to the body.
Prohaska throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Prohaska lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Prohaska stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Prohaska wants it to stay on the feet.
Prohaska throws a nice inside leg kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Reigns misses with a takedown attempt
and Prohaska connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Prohaska connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Reigns's hands.

Prohaska throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Reigns tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Prohaska is in Reigns's guard.
Prohaska is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Prohaska works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Prohaska performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Prohaska is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Prohaska seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Prohaska works his foot free and advances to mount.
Prohaska is landing with some decent strikes but Reigns is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.


Reigns is rocked!
Prohaska has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Oooh a big shot lands for Prohaska! Reigns is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Janos Prohaska!
A relieved looking Janos Prohaska thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
